The item condition choices drop from Like New to Very Good, I'd say it's just a pinch below Like New.  I don't have a Laserdisc player but a visual inspection revealed a couple of light marks on the non-playable side while the other side only revealed a couple of tiny marks and if a CD playback is any indication of the impact of such marks, this LD will not have any problems. 

The sleeve numerically scores a 93 which I use as the top of the excellent spectrum. There is very light corner wear and to the right the purple "Live" is a pinch grab running 32mm and is something you'll feel along the opening seem.  Beyond that this is about as good as new. In this case the OBI is the triangular wedge on the top left.
