Clinically Fit blue hand exerciser helps build strength and flexibility in muscles of the hands and fingers, and tendons of the elbow, as well as can relieve tendonitis symptoms and accelerate the healing process. The exerciser includes ten various size bands for securing fingers in the device, and a grid on the back for adjusting tension. A strap attaches the exerciser to the wrist. The exerciser has an ambidextrous design for use on either hand, and includes instructions and suggested exercises.
