NIKKO Barracuda Thunder RC Electric Boat 9.6V 1988 Radio Control Box speed.

This is a nice unit! It was only ever in the water one time. I have tested the remote and boat. The boat adjustment flaps work but I didn’t successfully get the propeller to move. I’m unsure if it’s a battery issue or something different. The box, charger, and paperwork are also included. Please message me with any questions! Thanks for looking!
