These books are very good for readers or decoration.  Each book matches one another. The red cloth on the spine is slightly faded when compared to the boards. The page quality is excellent, with consistent off-white to white pages.

The spine of volume one is a little loose. Some separation can be seen on the hinge. But the leaves are still well attached.

General signs of wear to the cloth and one clearly impacted corner will be found, along with some slightly blunted corners.

The gilded letters and images are intact, but the do not pop off of the cloth.
