  We are a small family-owned business and source our goods from various sources such as Estate Sales, Storage Auctions and Wholesale Distributers located only here in the U.S.
• Since we are not the original owners of most of our used items, we do not know if those items are from a pet-free/smoke-free home nor do we know a lot about most of our used goods. We do our very best to accurately research and describe the items as we want to be as transparent as possible. We are human and may make mistakes in our research, but we do our very best to keep that from happening. All listings are described to the best of our knowledge.
• We will state in the listing if we are selling our own personal items.
• If you are bidding in an auction, we do require payment within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an invoice if payment is not made within 24 hours. We understand eBay gives you 4 days to pay but please be prompt with your payment. We promise to ship the items to you within 2 business days so please do your part and pay within 48 hours. If payment is not made at all, you will be turned over to eBay for non-payment. Please only bid if you are serious about purchasing the item.
• All beauty & jewelry products are guaranteed 100% authentic so you can be sure you are getting quality and nothing but the best! eBay does not allow the sale of counterfeit items. All beauty products have never been used, swatched or tested. Most of our beauty products include Free Shipping!
• There are times where the product information is obtained from the item’s website or a website from a major retail chain. Please understand that what you see is what you get. We do our very best to accurately describe and take plenty of pictures of the items you are purchasing. We may include stock photos in the listing but we will always include the actual item you are purchasing from us as well.
• Please be aware that the lighting may affect the actual color/shade of the item you are viewing. Typically, it does not vary by much as we try our best to take as many accurate pictures as possible. At times there may be glares on the pictures so if you are not exactly sure of what you are looking at, please message us for clarification or for additional photos.
• We charge shipping on ALL non-beauty products unless otherwise stated. Shipping will be charged accordingly to the size and weight of the package which will include our handling fee for time & packing supplies.
• We typically ship all items via USPS Ground Service. However, the shipping carrier we use is solely at our discretion regardless of what shipping service is stated in the listing. The tracking will show you what shipping service we use.
• We ship all items within 1-2 business days of your purchase and provide a tracking number. We ONLY ship to the address you have on file with eBay. We DO NOT edit your address unless you message us and ask us to do so. Please be sure you have the correct address on file with eBay prior to purchasing.
• We generally recycle boxes and packing supplies from shipments we receive from major retail chains and other online retailers to help keep the cost of shipping low.
• We do not accept returns, but should you encounter an issue with anything you purchase and prior to leaving any feedback or opening a case with eBay, we ask that you please message us first to discuss so that we can help resolve the matter for you. We are more than happy to help and make things right as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We try our best to answer all messages same day but may take up to 24 hours.
