Professionally Remanufactured Laycock LH Type Overdrive Unit for 1968-1974 MGBs. Fits MGB GT's and MGB Roadsters from 1968-1974 with the 4 speed gearbox with LH Type overdrive. These can be identified as having the black identification plate. These units are professionally rebuild in England by the leading UK overdrive specialist. They are sold outright without a core charge. Please note this overdrive unit will not convert a non overdrive gearbox to overdrive.
These are made for the 4 synchro overdrive gearbox used from 1968 to 1974 MGB's which are 1280 TPM with the black label identification plate.
These come with 8 copper washers supplied to replace standard spring washer in order to eliminate potential leaking from studs.
