As noted in the item description, each VHS tape is in VERY GOOD condition without any evidence of wear, tear, rips, marks, creases, stains, mold, or exposure to cigarette smoke.  Original cardboard and/or clam-shell VHS video cases are also in VERY GOOD condition however, there may be signs of usage and/or personalization, but does not degrade or affect the performance of the VHS movie. (PLEASE SEE DETAILED PICTURES).  These are USED VHS video tapes, and are procured locally, whether Estate Sales, Garage Sales, or Thrift Shops however, I have performed the following inspection below prior to listing them on Ebay for sale, and I absolutely stake my entire selling endeavors on each VHS video sold without ill intent, malice, or otherwise knowingly engaging in unscrupulous acts of turning over product simply to make money.

I have bench tested each VHS movie in-house however, if the VHS movie is stated as being "BRAND NEW & FACTORY SEALED", then it "has not" been tested, (UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED) and is in fact new herein, and wherein upon receipt.  If the VHS tape is used, then I have spot checked the movie from beginning to end for performance, visual quality, and have confirmed that the VHS tape is intact, and functions as intended.  (PLEASE SEE DETAILED PICTURES).

I have performed a visual inspection of the VHS tape to ensure it has not been overstretch or snapped.

I have performed a VHS tape tension test to verify that prior rewinds have not created stress by snapping the VHS tape.

I have performed a visual inspection from the top “see-through” window, as well as having opened the side compartment (Tape guard) to verify VHS tape viability, and again that the VHS tape has not been over stretched, or snapped.

I have performed a visual inspection of both spools to ensure spring mechanisms are intact and functioning as such.

In the end, you will be the judge of this used VHS video movie in terms of its quality,and whether you are happy with it.  If you are not happy with it, please advise me otherwise, and I will be more than happy to refund your money, no questions asked, even if you have buyer remorse.
