This offer includes a vintage 1951 Epiphone Emperor Acoustic Electric Jazz Guitar. The top is made of the finest carved spruce attainable. The back and sides are made of quilted solid carved maple. The cutaway is not as curly as the sides. The neck is made of 7 pieces of curly maple, grafted together. The tuning machines are all original. The bindings are brand new. 

The electronic components that have been professionally installed are not original to the instrument. The bridge pickup is a Gibson Humbucker and the neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan Humbucker. The electronic components includes two volume and two tone controls. 

The tailpiece is an original Frequensator. The guitar has been refinished with nitrocellulose laquer. There is no visible damage on the surface of the instrument. The ribs on the treble side have been internally reinforced. The rosewood fingerboard has genuine mother of pearl inlays embedded with abalone shell triangles. The pick guard is not original. The adjustable bridge is made out of ebony wood.
