This Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Jack Skellington Holiday Express 12 Piece Train Set Style #A21177 2021 by Disney and Grupo Ruz is in a gently used, good, previously owned condition. The box has been opened. All the included factory parts are intact and appear to have no damage or breakage. It shows signs of minor use and wear. It has been tested and is in a good working condition. The locomotive is the only piece that was tested. The tracks were not attached together nor where the train cars hooked up together to test the entire train train set to move in motion. The locomotive is the only piece that requires batteries. The ON2 / OFF / ON1 power switch is in a good working condition. The back third row of wheels move and spin when the batteries are inserted in the back and it is powered on. The red light in the front lights up. When the power switch is in the ON1 position, it produces the sounds. The sounds are audible, loud and clear. The sounds it makes is the train whistle blowing, the warning bells and about a five second "Jingle Bells" tune. When the power switch is in the ON2 position, there are no sounds, but the back third row of wheels move and spin. The decal stickers appear to be intact still. The battery compartment and battery contacts are in a good clean condition. The battery contacts show signs of no battery acid leakage or corrosion on them. It requires two size AA batteries to power on the locomotive piece (batteries not included). The original manufacturer box shows signs of rough wear and tear, but is intact and in a fair holding condition. The outer box has tape, tears, scuffs, scrapes, scratches, marks, dents and nicks due to wear and handling. The lighting of the camera's flash may make the items appear as if they have discoloration, but they do not have any discoloration. The multi-colors are dark and non-faded.
Overall, this ready to play train toy set is in a good used condition and still has potential for collecting and playing. Proudly display it in your man cave, woman cave or little one's cave. Don't let this reasonably priced Jack Skellington Holiday Express train set get away.
