Most parts come with a 30 day warranty (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and a 30 day return period. We test our parts. It is rare that our parts will not fit or function correctly. If the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we must ask you for a digital picture (of the part installed) and your vehicle’s VIN number so we can properly assist you.

Parts Covered by Warranty – in case the part sold fails to work due to defective material or wrong fitment, Shoudis Automotive will replace the part or issue a full refund (Shoudis Automotive’s choice) up to the cost of the part purchased price (NO labor cost refunds).

Items NOT Covered by Warranty -Seller not responsible for buyer purchasing wrong part. For parts that are not defective, but are returned, shipping costs are not refunded, customer pays for shipping the part back, and a 20% restocking fee is applied.

Airbags, seat belts, and tires are sold "AS IS."

Expect shipment of your item(s) 1 to 2 business days after full payment is received; expect delivery 2 to 9 business days after shipping date (United States).

Seller will select delivery method / carrier. Buyer cannot arrange their own commercial shipping when purchasing items off eBay. Please do not ask us to use another carrier.
