“Loved this book as a kid

Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 16, 2014

We had this book in our collection when I was little and I thought all the pictures and home decor looked so modern, sleek, and sophisticated, but now it all looks so dated! For many years, I wondered why the green bathroom in the movie The Shining brought back a flashback of this book and it turned out there was a similar bathroom in this one.

And one particularly laughable photo I loved on page 129-131 was one where the couch, ceiling, pillows, and background wallpaper were all the same brown color and with a bright blue lamp and pillow in it”
