Antique Czech Bohemian hand crafted jet black belt buckle element. In an octagonal shape with geometric hand detailing. A single black glass element soldered to a metal base. This is only half a buckle but could be adapted to make a beautiful piece of jewelry. With a chip to the glass but this could be hidden if metal mounted or framed.
