Intriguing 1900 era Spurs with Original Chain Straps & Leather Straps with rowels that are actually 1905 Belgian 5 or 25 centime coins.

Without removing the rowels, it is not possible to see what value the coins had - 5 or 25 centimes. If you look with a magnifying glass at the outer edges, you will see the discs are decorated with wreaths and the words 'Royaume de Belgique' as well as the date 1905. The outer edges of the second rowel are very worn and tarnished.

The spurs have rounded studs and buckles for the attachment of the leather straps and chains.

The spurs are 13.5cm long and 7.5cm internally. The neck length is 4 cm. They are quite tarnished.

The leather is worn, and the edges of the holes are split and need to be restitched. The buckles are quite tarnished. So, too, are the studs.
