Listing Incorrect or Item is Not as Described

If the part does not fit your car due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our website, Premium Car Care will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:

  • The item(s) is returned within 30 days of arrival
  • The item(s) has not been fitted to your vehicle
  • Your vehicle VIN where the item did not fit
  • Picture of the boxed item before sending the return

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the item, all products sold by Premium Car Care are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims must meet one of the following criteria and be sent to Premium Car Care with a receipt to be eligible for a refund:

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or the Premium Car Care descriptions; or
  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold under the manufacturer warranty terms and conditions from the date of purchase
  • Where a warranty fault has been recognized and accepted by Premium Car Care, shipping expenses will be refunded
  • Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided where:
  • An item is damaged during delivery
  • The incorrect item was shipped
  • The item has a manufacturing fault
  • An item is not marked for Clearance

Replacement will be provided upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied excluding items marked for Clearance excluding items marked for Clearance

  • Exchanges will only be provided on unused and salable products (i.e., in original and undamaged packaging). Electrical components cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken
  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by Premium Car Care, the original shipping address will be used
