Parts don’t fit? No worries, you have 30 days to return the item in its original packaging for a full refund or store credit.
If you change your mind or no longer require the item, you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please send us a message via ebay.
Change of Mind
If you have a change of mind about your purchase or have ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, Premium Car Care will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund provided that:
- You can provide a proof of purchase
- It is within 30 days of your item(s) being sent
- The item(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging and tags attached
- The item(s) is not subject to the exclusions below
Where there has been a change of mind or the part is no longer suitable for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Listing Incorrect or Item is Not as Described
If the part does not fit your car due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our website, Premium Car Care will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:
- The item(s) is returned within 30 days of arrival
- The item(s) has not been fitted to your vehicle
- Your vehicle VIN where the item did not fit
- Picture of the boxed item before sending the return
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the item, all products sold by Premium Car Care are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims must meet one of the following criteria and be sent to Premium Car Care with a receipt to be eligible for a refund:
- The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match the sample or the Premium Car Care descriptions; or
- The product was damaged during delivery
