Shipping
Your order will be shipped after the seller receives the payment.
1. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package. (Please check price table below)
2. I offer combined shipping for multiple purchases only if you request total in advance to completing your
payment. I will no longer be able to adjust the invoice nor will I reimburse any overpaid shipping
after the payment has gone through.
3. You are responsible for providing me your contact info if the shipping carrier in your country requires it.
4. Delivery time varies by weather conditions and flight schedules. On average, it takes 2-3 weeks
(3-5 weeks for South America), but it can take longer depending on the situation.
5. Your order will be safely packed in a hard cardboard box.

For items of value higher than $90, pay extra $0.50 for additional $90 value.
e.g.) For the item with $240 value, you can buy the insurance for $2.00 (for the first $90) + $0.50 (for the extra $90)
+ $0.50 (for another extra $60) = $3.00

Payment & Return
1. Your order CANNOT be cancelled once processed.
2. Returns MUST be requested within 5 days after you receive the item.
- If the return is due to change of mind, you will get a refund ONLY for the item, but NOT for the shipping charge.
All the fees incurring from the return process are YOUR responsibility, and there will be 20% restocking fee.
- If you get a wrong item, you will get a refund, and all the fees incurring from the return process are the seller's responsibility.
* Refund will be issued AFTER the seller receives the item back and confirms that the item is in its original condition.
3. "Unpaid item case" will be opened if the seller does not receive your payment in 4 days.
This is to encourage buyers to be more careful with their purchases.

1. All my items are sourced directly from TV stations and management companies where signed promo albums are
distributed to staffs for promotional purpose. I suggest you to do a bit of research to get a sense of who are selling
authentic autographs on eBay.
