Judith Ripka sterling silver mabe pearl and Diamonique CZ cuff bracelet - retailed for $266 and harder to find in this larger size.
Preowned estate piece in very good condition, it has some light tarnishing on the inside of the bracelet. It is part of a massive jewelry collection, most of which looks like it was barely or never worn.

Alternating stations of round white mabe pearls and Diamonique CZ stones. Lots of pretty silver design work, including twisted rope detailing, scroll endcaps and diagonal berge texturing. Hinged so it's easier to get on and off your wrist.
Fits up to a 7.5" wrist comfortably but it will be fitted to the wrist if you have a 7.5" wrist (see photo)
