This has a mam adapter/ dummy ring securely sewn into hold a dummy.

My little boy loved these & held them to his check with his dummy in to sleep so I started making them out of left over materials from my baby quilt making.

All material is brand new

The ribbons are triple sewn in for safety.

This comforter is 10 inches square not including the ribbons.

Super soft dark red fleece on the back.

This is lightweight for tiny hands to hold.
