The heels are original and almost like new. The shoes laces are new too.
Used max. 2 times, because professional cobbler, always recommended to wear shoes a little, before putting rubber protectors on outer soles.

Lining is very soft and supplied goat leather. This shoes, feel like gloves on the feet.
Italian or European size is 38,5, good sizing. U.K. size - 5,5
Insole - 25 cm. approx. Widest point of the shoes - 14 cm. approx. I have a high instep, but these is very comfortable for me.
