Q:Is it easy to clean? How to clean the wax melter?

A:After use,use a clean towel to wipe all the wax in the furnace before it solidifies.If the wax cooled off, pour water and turn on the dail to 212°F and wait around 5 mins, it will remelt the wax and flow again, and then use a dry towel to clean the bottom of furnace

 

Q:Is the inside stainless steel or another material?

A:The furnace adopt double-wall stainless steel.The inner tank is stainless steel 304 and the outer shell is stainless steel 201, works great and is very durable.

 

Q:Is the pour spout work well?

A:Yes, the wax come out fast and not cloggy as the spout comes with heating core.This is our unique technology.

 

Q:How high is the nozzle from the bottom?

A:The nozzle is low than the bottom, we design it lower than the inner bottom, so it can drain 97% of the wax.
