Tension adjustment method and matters needing attention
1. It is recommended to adjust the scale value to 3 or higher for use.
If the tension is too large at this time, it is best to choose a damper of one size smaller.
2. If it is used below the scale value 3, force pulsation may occur.
Please eliminate the pulsation as described in the next item 3.
3. Loosen the fastening screw, turn the scale to 10, slowly turn the scale
to 0 while rotating the main shaft, and then turn to the desired scale value. Tighten the locking screw.
4. If tension pulsation occurs during use, please repeat the steps
of adjustment method 3 above until you get a satisfactory tension.
5. The damper uses a magnet to generate a medium magnetic field,
and the material is brittle, so please do not disassemble it during use to avoid damage to the parts.
