Pelham Manor NY House Floor Plans & Photo Oswald Hering Architect 1909

This is for an authentic, original House Floor Plans and Photo of the House of the Pelham Manor out of NY. It was carefully removed from a publication titled "Detached Dwellings" from 1909 (that was date of this publication, there is also a date of 1908 under photo). The architect was Oswald Hering. The page measures 12 1/8" x 9 1/8" with slight wear and creasing, bottom right corner creased and lots of creasing, some discoloration on edges and also some tearing on edge where removed from magazine.
