    • PAYMENT

  • We accept PayPal, PayPal eCheque, Credit Card payment via PayPal, and Bank Deposit. If you select pay by bank deposit, our account  details will be provided for you to make payment

  • Payment is required in full within three business days of purchase

  • If you have paid by eCheque through PayPal your order will be dispatched once payment has been cleared in our account, please be  advised that PayPal eCheques can take several days or more for payment to be received in our account, we are not responsible for your order being  delayed due to selecting this payment method

  • If you pay via direct deposit please use your eBay ID as a reference. A single Item ID number cannot be used by our staff to confirm  payment via direct deposit and will cause a delay in processing your order



    • SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • All orders placed with our store are packaged securely to the best of our ability, sometimes the delivery company can be a bit too rough  with parcels and your order may be slightly damaged (bent/dinged packaging does not constitute as "damaged" as the product is still functional) upon  arrival, if this happens please contact us as we will happily send a replacement out for you

  • Purchases are posted out the day after payment has been cleared, keep in mind that orders are not posted out on weekends or public  holiday, order made on the weekend are classified as orders made on Monday and will be dispatched Tuesday

  • We have no control over the postal services delivery speed, once your order has been lodged it is out of our control, please be aware that  delays do occur during holiday periods

  • Please make sure your eBay and PayPal contact information are up to date and are complete. We will not be held liable if your item is  shipped to a previous address, is lost in transit due to incorrect information, or that you cannot be contacted to pick-up your order

  • We will ONLY ship items to your address listed in PayPal, so please make sure it is correct upon complete payment. We will not be held  liable if your PayPal address information is incorrect

  • eBay's estimated delivery dates are just that - estimates. The dates provided by eBay are not guaranteed delivery dates, they are only to be  used as a guide to when your order could possibly arrive by, we hold no accountability for your order being delivered outside of the estimated delivery  dates as we have no control over the postal services delivery speed



    • RETURN POLICY

  • We are more than happy to work with our customers to come to a resolution that we are both happy with and urge our buyers to contact us  if they have a problem with their order

  • We accept returns on items for legitimate reasons, we will either replace, exchange, or refund the product price of items that have major  fault

  • For your order to be applicable for return, the item must be unused and have all the original tags and boxes that came with the item - for  products that have been used orally we cannot accept returns for them due to health and safety issues

  • Manufacturing errors of the product, packaging, as well as cosmetic errors that do not impair the item, are not covered by our returns  policy. We will also not refund for minor changes in production or if the product image is slightly different to the actual item due to changes made by  the manufacturer such as different paint, modified design, adjusted colouring etc. as these do not impact the products quality

  • We leave feedback after we receive it from our customers, once positive feedback has been left you will automatically receive positive  feedback from our store

  • If you have a specific request in regards to your order (colouring, quantity, special instructions, date you need item by etc.) then please  send us a message through eBay?s message system before you make purchase to make sure that we can fulfill it

  • Non- communication, ignoring our e-mails and/or phone calls will result in your item being delayed until contact and confirmation from  the buyer is made

  • We cannot be held responsible for buyers not reading and/or miss-reading our listings description or accidentally purchasing through  eBay's mobile, Android, and iPhone applications
