Description
Miniature Teapot
and 2 Cups from Ten Ren Tea Company.
Appears to be “Stoneware”.
This set
originally was accompanied by some Oolong Tea which is not included in
this offer.
The
Outer Box
Measurements 16
cm X 11 cm X 6.5 cm
The top flap of
the box opens to the left and is secured with what appears to be a metallic
stud fastener featuring an animal face, possibly a lion. The top flap is
covered in a gold coloured foil which also forms the left side panel and the
base of the Outer Box.
The second flap
of the box top opens to the right. This
flap is covered in a Red fabric with two different gold coloured patterns and
extends down the right hand side of the box. The other two sides of the box are
brown with a gold coloured fleck pattern throughout.

Teapot and Cups
Teapot
Chocolate Brown
with lighter brown embossing around the upper half of the teapot.
The bottom half
of the teapot features a scalloped pattern around the whole bottom half of the
teapot.
The round lid of
the teapot is in matching Chocolate Brown and lighter brown and is attached to
the handle by a platted red cord.
Base and bottom
half of teapot have a “red/brown dust” effect/finish.
