The fan switch has been acid cleaned/dipped, lubricated, installed & tested to function correctly.  Wiring is intact.  This version includes the light bar, which was not used on all models.  The control bezel is actually different; notched to allow the wiring to pass through.

Cosmetically, the frosted chrome bezel is in very clean original condition.  The indicator tab has been painted black with fresh silver and white detailing.  Knobs have been cleaned and new decals have been installed.  Comes exactly as shown in the photos, which are updated each time a control is sold and inventory is added.
