Plugged in, turned lamp timer (photo #5) and the lamps lit up as seen in photo #1.  No further testing performed and no knowledge if other components are working properly.  Didn't look at/take picture of timer display when turned on as didn't know proper safety steps to take involving my eyes during the unit being on.

Since it involves the use of radiation, I will not sell to an "individual" for safety reasons.  If buyer picks up this machine, their vehicle must state clinic/hospital/doctor's office that matches the address used for purchase and it must also be able to be confirmed as a business being run by licensed medical physicians.  It can be delivered to a clinic/hospital in the Minneapolis/St Paul area for $100 if the delivery address is clearly marked/Googleable as a location that licensed doctors do their business at.  If delivery is desired, please message before purchase so the listing can be adjusted accordingly.
