Winner Hale Irwin Signed Rare 'Siebel Classic in Silicon Valley' 2001 Senior PGA Tour Visor Hat Autograph
The event took place at Coyote Creek Golf Club in San Jose California in 2001. It was the first-annual Siebel Classic in Silicon Valley. In March 2001 and March 2002 Coyote Creek played host to the Senior PGA Tour with the "Siebel Classic".
Irwin shot a course record 7-under-par 65 to win by five strokes over Tom Watson and Allen Doyle and seven strokes over Jack Nicklaus. With this win, Irwin became the all-time senior-tour leader with 30 wins.
