- Any damages that have occurred as a result of courier neglect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods. Where practical I advise that you examine the condition of goods before signing for them. A refund or replacement of the item where damage has occurred is only possible where you have paid for Carriage Insurance
- Item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of cleared funds (usually within 2 working days)
Item Condition
Items have been traded in after a customer upgraded all their laptops and therefore these are used but have been wiped in full. Please note that the hard disk drives have not been formatted and there are no accessories such as SATA cables included in the sale. As a second hand hard drive please expect some marks to the outer casing, some writing and some labels may be loose (one of the 500GB has a label missing).
