PRETTY MUCH IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND, especially in this size, here is El Vaquero's LIMITED EDITION destroyed denim suede wedge boots in a EUR36, which translates to a US 6/6.5.  I wear a 5.5 to a 6 and always get El Vaquero's 36 and they fit just fine.  I'd be getting these except that I already have them, haha!  My daughter and I both got these and then she decided they weren't "her", so they've been in the box waiting to rock!  The soles are intentionally distressed as well, just so you know, they are not worn, that's just how El Vaquero does it.  I love mine and get compliments whenever I wear them, so would you!  New, in the box, complete with sleeping bag, these boots retailed for around $529!!
