This is a Vintage Dick & Jayne Dress.(c-1998)  It's 100% cotton, the outer fabric is a cotton sateen or satin in a totally fabulous retro print. The skirt and bodice are fully lined in a thin black cotton voile like fabric.

It's a great Retro Western style, seems like it was maybe based off a1950s era house dress, it's a very good knockoff of a true vintage style.

Zips up the front (ykk antique brass metal zip) & has lots of piping detailing and real functional (deep) POCKETS.

It appears completely unworn.

It is labeled a size Small and the FLAT Measurements are as Follows:

Armpit to armpit-20"

waist-16"

Hip-19.5"

So my guess is it will fit a

36 -38 bust

 28-30 Waist

and Up to a 37" Hip

I had always assumed it was a much older piece, based on the quality of the both the fabric and construction, but doing a little research this brand was founded in 1998 and, based on the ykk zipper used this dress would be from around that period.
