Likely SKIF or another maker like them, open front, two attached front artful pockets, great taupe-and-black linen knit..full bottom hem. Fabulous fiber and fit, a fabulous art-to-wear knit...great sweater vest... 

Size Medium, may work for a misses large too., oversized fit. 

NO tags - only a small top tag in shoulder area, most likely hand wash
