This Brass Buckle has fair rides, cow, girl trophy. The Buckle was used as a celebration souvenir for the 150th year of the Fair in Warren County. Lebanon, Ohio.  The year was 2000.  Made in the USA

Buckle is an oval 3 3/4" Long and 2 3/4" wide, Loop and Hook fastening, weighs 7.5 oz.

Condition is good, there is some corrosion in ferris wheel on front and at center in back.
