 Dispatch,

1, We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment.

 2, The Tracking Number will be provided if sent via DPD or Royal Mail Postage

Number if dispatched via a Signed for Service.

 3, Free Postage is via Royal Mail Second Class.

Returns,

1, Items that have been ordered incorrectly may be returned to Parquip with the

buyer paying the return Postage / Carriage with in 14 days as per e bays policy.

 2, Once Received and the goods are in the same condition as dispatched, Parquip

will issue a return Payment back to the Customer via Paypal minus any cost for the

Carrier / Postage costs inccured by Parquip in dispatching the Item to the buyer.

 3, Damaged, Incorrectly Supplied Goods will be re sent as long as a Photograph

has been received by Parquip to back up the claim by the Purchaser.
