Delivery Service

Whilst all local deliveries within Herts, Beds and Bucks (and other local boarding post codes) are carried out by our own experienced delivery team.  Any postcode out of our local delivery will be passed onto our dedicated third party shippers or couriers.

We use a third part palletised shipping service for most of our larger items for sale, this is the safest and quickest way for us to achieve a delivery out of our local area.  All palletised deliveries are to your door only and the shippers or couriers will not take the item into your property as they are not insured to do this.  They will endeavour to deliver the pallet as close to your property as possible but factors like gravel drives and narrow passages may prevent this.  You will be responsible to make arrangement to move the item into your property and into position.  The delivery vehicles are large vehicles with tail lifts please make sure there is sufficient access outside the property for the delivery to take place.

Local deliveries using our own transport we can normally give a more personal service in helping to get the items into your property and even unpacking and removing any packaging.

Items that are advertised as collection only can usually be delivered within 100 miles for an additional charge via our own delivery team.  This has to be agreed before purchasing.
