This is a brand new Guess ring in silver-tone finish in a flower design with sparkling clear rhinestone accented petals and pearl beaded center. 

The ring is a size 7 and is new in the heart shaped Guess box. 

It is Guess style number 190260H-21 and is nickel and lead free

Due to having a series of strokes, I am selling out all my stock. Let me know if you are interested in more than one listing so I can be sure the shipping is exact for the weight and

This item is brand new with the brand’s tag attached or it is on the card from the factory. It does not come with a factory box or any special factory packaging from the factory, unless otherwise stated in the listing description above. I do, however, keep gift boxes on hand for some items so if you are in need of a box, just me know.

eBay Condition Codes:

Note: eBay has started a new policy for sellers to have condition codes on each item that we list. There are four codes possible. The New with Tags condition code means that the item can have either or all or some of the following, tags attached, box included or original packaging. Please do not get this confused and think that every item is going have all those with the item. I always state in my listings whether an item has a box or comes in special packaging. I also state that the item has the tags, stickers, etc., attached as well.  There is New without Tags that means that the item is new but does not have the brand’s tag attached to the item. It is usually because the item came in from the company without the tag attached. Sometimes the tag will be included with the item. The descriptions will state whether or not the item has the tag included and if there is any additional information about the item. The third code is New with Defects. This would be if the item is brand new but has a flaw or defect such as a scratch or a missing stone. I usually will have a close up of the defect or area with a detailed description on what the defect is. All my guarantee and money back policies apply for these items as they do for all of my brand new with tags items. The last category is for Pre-Owned. This is for items that are used and do not have the tags attached. The only time that I will have a listing in this category is if an item has been purchased and returned for any reason. I am sorry for the shipping rate increases for all my customers. The US Postal Service keeps implementing increases twice a year.  I only charge what it costs me to ship. Some items weigh more than others so I have to increase some items shipping because of this. I will refund any over payment of shipping costs back to your pay pal account. I do not make any money off the shipping.

Shipping Information: 

International Buyers - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office or your local post office to determine if these additional fees will be applied to your orders. I have no way of knowing whether or not a package will be held for custom fees or tariffs when I ship it. We do not have these fees here in the US. If your package is held & you don’t want to pay these fees, please tell your post office to return to sender. Once it comes back to me, I will refund you for the item. The shipping costs paid does not include import or customs fees that your country may incur. I do not have any control over these fees. I have no way of knowing whether a country will incur these fees or charges. These are not shipping costs. I have no way to determine if a package will be held for custom fees/tariffs or not. I have contacted several of the countries that I ship to for more information. They tell me that the decision is solely at the discretion of the receiving country's post. I’ve shipped orders with a value of over $250.00 USD that haven’t been held or charged any custom fees/tariffs when other packages less than $20.00 USD have been held. Some countries have never charged my customers these fees while others are getting worse. If you have any questions on this, please contact your local post office.

Shipping exclusions:

Notice: I do not ship to the following countries unless you are in the US Military then I will ship FREE to your APO address. Please email me so I can set the purchase options up for you. The excluded countries include: Bahrain, Cyprus, Iraq, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Oman, Qatar, Russia/Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, & Yemen. Please contact me if you are in the military stationed in one of these countries. It is not my intention to single anyone out but due to the high volume of scammers and con artist in these countries; I have elected to exclude them from purchasing my items. If you have purchased from me or someone in the US before with no issues, please contact me. I will do all I can to be able to ship to you. Delivery Time Frames:  

I try to ship every other day but sometimes it may take a day or two longer.

The USPS will not deem an item lost until 28 business days have past, (weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame). After that they will run a trace on packages reported as lost in transit. The trace can take 48-72 hours to produce results. If the package is deemed lost, I will refund your pay pal account & send you a cancellation request. Some countries are notorious for taking a long time to process a package in customs and release it for delivery. I do not like to ship to these countries for that reason. If you live in one of the countries, please do not take offense. I will still ship there but I want you to be aware that I have no control over a country's customs & how they process international orders. Malta, Cyprus, and Greece are the worst for taking a very long time to process through customs. Recently, Malta has gotten better at the delivery rate but most of my experiences with these countries have been a delivery time frame of 4-6 weeks. On some occasions, orders have arrived in 2 weeks or less. It all comes down to the number of packages to be processed is and the customs procedure is for the receiving country.  

International orders are very difficult to give a delivery time frame due to the fact that every country varies in how international packages are processed through customs. Please keep in mind that the normal expected delivery time for most international orders (1st Class International shipping) is 2-4 weeks, unless there is a postal holiday, and then it can run a little longer. The USPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays as business or shipping days.  The average time is actually closer to 2-3 weeks. Sometimes orders will arrive in less than 10 days. It all depends on the receiving country and the number of packages that they have to process at the time. Also, some countries will hold packages at the post office for pick up. I have no way of knowing how long it takes or whether or not custom fees will be charged.

Tariffs & Taxes:

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and customs fees/charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. I must list the items that you have purchased and their value on the customs form. I list these items at value or what the item cost me as sometimes the items can be bid way over the retail price of the item. I cannot guarantee that your country will not try to impose a tariff or tax on the order. I have no way of knowing what each country's guidelines and regulations are for items entering your country. I have spoken to different posts for different countries but I have not been able to find out any set guidelines for what items will be held for customs fees or tariffs. It is solely at the receiving post office’s discretion as to whether a package will be held for customs fees/tariffs. I do not have any way of knowing which packages will be held or how much the fees will be. Every country is different and has its own guidelines. Please contact your local post for more information. There is nothing I can do to prevent these charges or any way to know when they will be applied. I sincerely appreciate your understanding on this matter. 

Order Processing and Shipping Notifications:  

I ship all over the world with a few exceptions. If you have purchased from me in the past but I no longer ship to your country, please let me know so I can get your address updated to one I do ship to.  I try to ship every 2 days, but with my health issues, sometimes it may be a day or two longer. My post office is open 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday and 9:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturdays. (Closed on Sundays and all Postal Holidays). I purchase and print shipping labels through eBay so you can track your order from payment to delivery. Because I do ship using eBay for creating shipping labels, you will get an email with the tracking number on it when I create the label. Please be sure you have the correct address on file with eBay as the address exports from your eBay account to the shipping label. This is to ensure compliance with eBay ‘s buyer protection.  Once the email has been sent to you, please allow up to 48 hours for the number to show up on the USPS website. Sometimes the Postmaster will scan them in as I hand them in, other times when they are very busy, they will hand scan them after hours.
