This is a rare set that is in immaculate condition! Red 1960s -1970’s bright floral pattern. The dress has elastic across the top and could also be worn as a skirt. The bottom has a layer with a full circle flare like a mermaid tail with 21” slit in the center. The tie belt can be worn with the dress or the shirt. It can be worn in several configurations! Fun to wear on a cruise, to a beach vacation, pool party, or Hawaiian Luau.
