Set of four cast brass or bronze ALONZO pattern pocket door finger plates or pulls.  Only the gold colored plates are marked ALONZO on the backside.  Profusely ornate figural ornament featuring acanthus leaves, a pair of griffins flanking an urn up top, and a human face with flowing hair and wings at the bottom.  Each measures approximately 9 3/4" tall x 2 1/2" wide.  The set of plates weighs 2.44 pounds.  Offered as found and uncleaned.  Some dirt and surface oxidation.  Missing one bottom tab on the back of the gold colored plate with the keyhole.  The three remaining tabs keep the piece secured in place, but it needs mentioned.  Refer to image 10.  See images to assess condition.  Additional pictures and measurements available upon request.  Please ask all questions prior to bidding.  All sales final.  No returns accepted at this time.
