A Hardware Success Story!!

The bedroom set I own has 32 of brass Chippendale style drawer pulls. On my husband's dresser, one of the pulls became loose on one side when one of the two screws became undone, while the other screw remained secure. My husband didn't mention it, and continued to use the loose pull, until one day, the loose pull snapped in half.

I had been searching for 4 years to replace the exact pull, all to no avail. I purchased similar pulls, but they didn't fit properly. Every so often, I would continue to look for the correct pulls, but still no luck. Last week I decided to search the internet again, and found Bryan's listing on Ebay. I couldn't believe my eyes when the picture matched the exact pulls I needed. Bryan had a phone number included on the listing, so I called him before placing my order.

Bryan could not have been more helpful, immediately searching his inventory to make sure he in fact, still had the item. Within 10 minutes, Bryan called me back to confirm he did have 4 of these rare drawer pulls! SCORE!!

Being that Bryan called me finding these pulls like finding a "needle in a haystack" I decided to purchase all 4, in case any others ever get damaged in the future. It has to be cheaper to be prepared, instead of having to replace 32 pulls someday!

Bryan really went above and beyond to assist me, in asking me to measure the width of the drawer while we were on the phone, to make sure he was able to send the right size screws. The package arrived two days after I placed the order. When the box arrived, Bryan had included 3 different sets of screws, in tiny zip lock bags, each of them clearly labeled with the proper size. The packaging of the pulls was very secure. Bryan even included a card congratulating me on my find, and included some sweet treats as a lovely touch.

I could not have asked for better service, attention to detail, or secure packaging. It was such a bonus to interact with Bryan who was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.

Thank you, Bryan! I am a very happy customer.

These will look gorgeous on any antique or vintage piece

Outstanding antique condition

Teardrop handle is made from beautiful solid cast brass

MAKERS MARKS: “2505” is cast into the rear of the back plate

The back plate is very thick and strong, many times back plates are flimsy & flexible and easily dent, this is a very high quality thick cast brass and is in excellent condition

MOUNTING TIPS: I will include a mounting screw that works with a 3/4" thick project, if you need a screw for a different thickness project just email a note upon checkout, tell me your project thickness and I will happily include the correct screw for your project thickness

Incredible patina, I love the highlights ...second to none

I like the feel when you hold the teardrop pull, the details of the casting are in relief/raised

I guarantee you will never find anything like this in a Big Box store

All the best, Bryan
