This listing is for a used, cartridge only copy of Splatterhouse Part 2 (Splatterhouse II) for the Japanese Sega Mega Drive (MD, Genesis). It is in good/acceptable condition with some minor wear. The front label has some scratches, wear, and some minor fading/sunfading (see photos). The back label is clean with some minor wear. The cartridge has some scratches and scuffs.

See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 45 minutes on my Genesis 3. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), a Genesis Model 3, or a clone system to play this game.
