Complies to the new EU Energy Efficiency Labeling Law

It is now a legal requirement (Jan 2016) for all extractor fans to display energy efficiency information.

The EU energy label gives information about the energy efficiency of a product. The label rates products from dark green (most efficient) to red (least efficient). The label also shows total energy consumption and provides other information relevant to the product, in this case the airflow and noise level on the extractor fan.

The energy efficiency directive also helps ensure a level playing field for manufacturers, while encouraging competition between them on the environmental aspects of their products, so please ask for this information when comparing information on other fans as it is now the law.

NON PAYMENT : Payment must be made within four days. After this time a case will be opened  against any non paying buyers in order for us to reclaim our eBay fees.  Should you wish to cancel your unpaid order please contact us  immediately.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (MONDAY TO FRIDAY).
 UK:         The items if shipped by Economy Delivery can take 3-8 business days for delivery.

EUROPE:     For international delivery, it can take up to 15 business days.
 
DELIVERY DETAILS : We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. This time may increase during the run up to Christmas and during other busy periods. Our delivery charges include professional packaging to ensure your order arrives in first class condition.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS : Rutland horticulture delivers to major EU destinations. Due to the vast variances in size / weight of our inventory it is not possible to ship all items to every country. Please see each listing for shipment details and costs.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN TO ACCEPT DELIVERY : If you or the intended recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection. If this is not done then the parcel will be returned to sender and we will contact you. We will then require the delivery cost to be repaid before the goods are resent. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to receive a parcel or if you fail to re-arrange a delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your product or our services, You may return goods purchased from us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days.Please contact us through eBay messaging system for return details.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

  • Legally It can take up to 28 days for the the refunds to be processed but we aim to process them within 7-10 working days.

  • If you purchased an item that you wish to be replaced or if you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us before and please note a reshipping fee may apply.

DEFECTIVE ITEM / DAMAGED ITEM: 

  • An item that was discovered to be defective can be replaced with the same model only.

  • All packages are checked before dispatch out from our warehouse, if your package has been damaged in transit please contact us and inform us about the issue.

RETURN SHIPPING: 

  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be in original condition in which they were received, and must include the original manufacturer box and factory packaging and all manuals.

  • Return will not be processed if any of these conditions are not met. Please send the return to us within the same packaging as received (please do not use the retail box as a shipping box).

Where is my order?

If your order has been despatched but has not arrived in the time stated,  we request that you check with your local delivery office. Even if you  have not received a card, your parcel may be waiting at the delivery  office. Our statistics show that 95% of missing parcels turn up this  way!


Please note : Royal Mail does not class an item as missing until 15 working days has  elapsed for UK deliveries. This period rises to 30 working days for  overseas deliveries. If you have still not received your parcel after  this period and you have checked with your local sorting office please  contact us through eBay.

How long will my order take?

You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent. Please  allow 7 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries. Any orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday). It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit  through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if  the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting  collection.

I have missed my delivery how can I arrange a redelivery?
