Includes two inserts for Monty Python's Spamalot on Broadway and for Eric Idle's book tour.  The Eric Idle insert is signed in ballpoint pen by two individuals--a David Kaufman and another that's hard to read (Kevin something?).  Our research couldn't not determine who these two signees are, but if you know, then this could be yours!
