Delivery Information: Additional postage fees will be added to items being delivered to any British Isles (Including Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey,  Scilly Isles) as well as the Scotland. Please contact us before purchasing.

 Pickup is Preferred on all body panels, delivery can be arranged if required, please contact us for further information.

If the wrong part is ordered you may be liable for return postage and any additional charges.

Payment: 

Payment for item must be made within 7 days of sale or a dispute will be opened. We accept PayPal, If paying by cheque, we cannot release the goods until the funds have fully cleared (5-7 days)

We always respond to messages as promptly as possible. Messages sent when we are out of office evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays may not be answered until we return so don't think you are being ignored! 

Delivery Policy

If the part is to be delivered to Scotland, Northern Ireland, ROI, Channel Islands, IOM, IOW etc. Please email before bidding/purchase for a revised delivery quote. At point of sale you MUST provide a contact telephone number. If you know you won’t be in to receive the item, leave an alternative address or let us know when you will be in to receive. Fragile items must be checked ON receiving it, or we will not instigate any refunds/replacement.

Dispatch:
Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday may not be dispatched until Monday or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday. We close at 18.00 Friday afternoon and are out of the office until 08.00 Monday morning so all weekend orders will be processed when we re-open. 

Returns/ Warranty: 

Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged /refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old item back and tested it. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect part number, postage will be charged again for return part to be dispatched.  All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must be reported to us on receipt of goods. Any parts that become surplus to requirements, a re-stocking fee will be charged (plus all postage fees)
