We send you a QR code to send your watch to us, you pack it safley to send it to us,

Once we recieve it we we check the quality, taking pictures of any scratches before the battery change,

we then send it through to our watch technician 

He opens it, changes the battery, tests the watch is working,

we then check it's all in the same quality it arrived in,

put it in a bubble envelope, lable it and send it back.

Usually with in 5 working days,

We take no responsibility for you not sending your key to us in the first place so no refund will be issued,
