These scrapers can be used with buttercream, ganache, applying stencils, straightening dowels, trimming edges, scraping moulds and more.

Made from lightweight, food-safe acrylic. To use, hold the arched side and rest the bottom of the scraper flat against the cake board. With the bevelled edge facing out, gently rotate your turntable while guiding the sharp edge along the cake.
