Condition: 

Our books will typically be listed as NM 9.4 or better as we can not guarantee grading results of 9.6 or 9.8.   We strive for full transparency when selling any books to make sure you are full aware of what is being purchased.  This includes pictures of the actual book you are bidding on unless otherwise stated. Books lower than NM 9.4 will have it's specific condition and approximate grade listed if applicable.

Returns:

We have 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to initiate with us the return of the product you purchased.  You understand that all costs associated with the return of the product is your responsibility and you hold Comic Exotic harmless to any costs incurred in the return process.

Cancellations:

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations on all Pre-Order items. Once you commit to purchase a pre-order, we order your item with the distribution companies on your behalf. Once this process is complete we will not proceed with a cancellation for any pre-ordered items. All in stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase and will have a limited window to cancel. 

Damaged Items:

We accept returns on in-stock items that arrive damaged due to improper handling and/or delivery ONLY. 

We do NOT accept refund/partial refunds for any product that you purchase for any other circumstance past the 7 day return window. If your item arrives damaged, it must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. You?ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with documentation (photos of any damage sustained via delivery handling of the package - both of the product and the original packaging). We have the right to accept or deny your return based on the information that you provide to us for the damaged product/parcel. We have the right to ship our products with tracking and insurance for the content of delivery. If insurance is purchased for the content you have purchased, which had arrived damaged, prior to the return being processed a claim will be open with the delivery company for damaged content whereby you agree to assist in resolving the claim for a refund to us the merchant prior to processing your return in full. Once the item is returned in the condition it had arrived to you (damaged), and a refund has been processed securely through the delivery company to us (the merchant), your full refund will be issued.

Shipping:

We offer flat rate shipping anywhere in the USA, Canada and many countries worldwide. All Books will be sent with bag & board. Any books purchased for $80 or more will be shipped in a FREE top loader. (Top loaders can be purchased separately too)

All books and prints are shipped in a sturdy flat mailers or boxes with padding and are never rolled or bent. It is our mission to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition

**Sometimes FREE SHIPPING will be listed on certain items. You can add additional items to any free shipping item and it will still remain free for the entire order**

Combined shipping will always be applied when multiple items are purchased at the same time. Generally it will cost an extra buck or two per item depending on the size.
