Lactobacillus salivarius is a type of bacteria found in the saliva of humans. L. Salivarius plays an important role in maintaining oral health. As Lactobacillus salivarius metabolises carbohydrates, it produces lactic & acetic acid, which helps support teeth and gums. It is also found in foods such as yogurt, tomatoes & bananas.
