Vintage 1950s Metal Basketweave Oval Handbag Basket Purse 

Adorable mid-century woven metal basket style purse with a clear lucite plastic handle.

 I believe it's tin, but I'm not sure. 

Four metal protective feet on the bottom

This unique handbag measures approximately  8.25"  by  4.5" by  3.75"

This purse is in very good pre-owned vintage condition, with moderate signs of age / use. There is some rust, especially on the metal clasp - shown in photos. The metal has etching / pitting / scratches that may buff out. The inside is lined in a plastic shell, and the bottom is coming up on one side - see photos. No structural damage. No odors.

All my items are from a clean, non-smoking, and cat-free home.
