Recommendations - If your belly ring fits just a little too tight, then 14mm is probably the longest you would need.  If the bar doesn't go through without quite a push on your skin, 16mm or 19mm is better.   The 22 or 25mm sizes are too long for most people.  If you have a shallow piercing that is barely there, you'll probably want the shortest 6mm bar.  If you're in doubt, check in at a piercing shop and ask how short or long would be best based on how your belly ring fits now.  A couple little millimeters can make a huge difference in comfort.    Also,  for longer sizes check out the ultra flexible belly rings for sports, pregnancy, and all around comfort.
