RECORD (VG): How clean and shinny thou art. Nice VG copy that got all the gloss of a new piece of vinyl, but with some surface marks, scuffs and some hairlines, spindle marks. Still very nice.
COVER (G): Think UK cover with top seam split that was once taped, creases, warped/buckled cover, ring impression, with stained plain stained seam-opened inner.

All records and CDs are visually inspected under natural and artificial light, and with magnification. They are test played as needed or as time permits. CDs may additionally be ripped at a high sampling rate to test their playability. Records and CDs are conservatively graded using the Goldmine Grading System with a few common modifications. While not a perfect science, the grade combined with the photographs, the description, and the listing price will be your best guide to their playability.
