This is a signed first edition hardcover, "The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay" by Michael Chabo. It's signed on the title page with an inscription that reads, "7/31/01 San Francisco, To Linda & George, Michael Chabon." The book is in very good (VG) condition. The interior pages are clean, showing no marks, stains, or tears. The binding is solid and extremely tight. When opening the book for photos, I got the impression the book had never been fully opened/read. There is a gold sticker on the cover of the book that reads, "Winner of the Pulitzer Prize." This copy was printed in 2000. It is a first edition (unstated), 7th printing. All four corners on the right side of the dust jacket show light wear/damage. The blemishes can be seen clearly in the second and third to last photos. The left inner flap of the dust has a light crease that runs the length of the book vertically.  The crease is difficult to see, but pictured in the last photo.

The author takes us on a thrilling ride through the Golden Age of comics and World War II-era New York City, with a cast of colorful characters that will stay with you long after you turn the final page.
