This is a brand new Dallas Cowboys 5 time Super Bowl Champions Plaque. 

its a 12x15 plaque with an 8x10 photo and a 4x10 engraved plate.

I engraved the plates myself as you can see in the photo. I also put the plaque together when they are ordered.   any questions feel free to ask.
